Teaching Practice -Phase 2 (Sixth Week)

Last week... don't know how days passed.... A little busy week... Most of the teacher went for practical examination in other schools... So had a lot of substitution hours...Got substitution in 8G during 1st hour and conducted the diagnostic test... First explained about the test.. At first they were surprised... Went to 9C during 2nd hour... Went to 8H during 3rd hour.... As the maths teacher of 8C went for practicals, they asked me to take class in there..... Got 2 hours of substitution today.. During 4th and 5th hour.... Started histogram today... It was easy... They easily got the idea of axis... And drew it in a graph paper....

Everyone was busy with going to different classes... During 2nd hour went to 9F... It was good there.... During 5th hour went to 9B for substitution.... It was really a messy class there... But lovely children.. During lunch break, took remedial classes... Got substitution in the first and third hour... Took 2 lessons.... It was good..... Everyone did the problems correctly.... Then during last hour took the last lesson. It was ICT model.... It was different from other questions.... As it was about first drawing the frequency table first and then drawing the histogram....

Last day....... Such hectic days it was... Tight schedule.... Was a very difficult time for all of us... With a lot of work completion...Bought ladoo for everyone... During first hour, went to 8G to take innovative lesson... The lesson was about teaching the formulas for areas of different types of quadrilaterals thorugh rhymes.... It was good... Everone listened and sang along with me.... They were all interested.... Then during 2nd and 5th hour took remedial for them.... During 6th hour went to 8A to distribute ladoo with Viji and Aparna..... Later, during 7th hour me and revathy went to our class to distribute ladoo... They were little emotional... They welcomed us to class... They told that they would miss us.. They also gave a gift to me during interval.... I was so moved... Bcz, there was only little time, and i couldn't interact them as that of phase 1... But they all loved me wholeheartedly... They always come after me calling me lechu..... Its like that i am their friend..... I will definitely miss them... I was surprised by an act by the whole class.....
