21/10/2024-25/10/2024 21/10/2024(Monday) Didn't had class. But optional teacher came for observation and took 2nd hour. Got criticism regarding formative assessment, clarity in speaking, time management. Watched kalolsavam practices. Gave a variety reinforcement. Morning there was assembly, in which felicitation was given to Dhananjay for winning prize for district level Kho-Kho competition.   22/10/2024(Tuesday) As usual, got substitution hours and got opportunity to mingle with lot of students. Taught new identity regarding sum and difference. Watched kalolsavam practice. 23/10/2024(Wednesday) Had morning assembly. Daily newspaper called "suprabhadham" was handed over to the children, which will be distributed daily. Later, prizes were distributed to the children who won prize at the sports competitions. School also got 3rd prize in overall championship. Checked notebooks today. Many of them completed. But boys many didn't. ...

14/10/2024- 18/10/2024 14/10/2024 Went for peer observation in 8E of my classmate Naseeha. Then Saw a beautiful drawing by a student in 8F as I went for substitution there. He drew very well and I took a picture of it. Later took 8A children for their PE hour and watched them. So happy that during substitution hour a child of my class asked their basic doubts in maths to me. He could ask anyone regarding it, as it was a simple one. But he asked me and I felt so happy seeing his eagerness to learn that... That was a wonderful experience. 15/10/2024 Went for substitution in 8E. Was a wonderful class and interesting children. 7/10/2024 - 10/10/2024 7/10/2024(Monday) Didnt had any period. But Optional teacher had come for observation and thus took substitution. Miss discussed about the crticism points like class management, voice modulation, formative-summative evaluation, time management etc. Observed the preparation fo kalolsavam. 8/10/2024(Tuesday) Today, we Went for serving food. Also informed the teachers that we will come daily. Class was little messy as 8A and 8B were put together. Watched child playing in the ground. 9/10/2024(Wednesday) A lot of teachers were absent today due to science fest. Got 3 hours substitution plus 2 hours my own class. Was happy, as the children called me to their class for free hours. Watched children playing Kho-Kho. I really like watching it as i have grown by seeing my brother playing the game. 10/10/2024(Thursday) Today also the teachers was less. So got a lot of free hours. ...

Day -6 (30/09/2024) I was really excited for the second week.  Got substitution hours and the children of 9 A was so good. At first, there was noise, but they obeyed us and was so friendly with us. Got substitution in my class 8 A also. But today i didn't had any period. Since it was PE, and their teacher was absent, we sat in the class and played. Day - 7 (1/10/2024)  My class was last hour, some students went for spc. I took the topic square of sum in constructivist model and they were interested in it. Today I introduced a new method of reinforcement for them, paper craft. I gave a paper made honey comb to them. And they were so liked it so much. Some of them asked me to make it and give them, but i told if they say the answers they will get it. Day -8 (3/10/2024) Signing substitution hours had become a usual routine.
