Teaching Practice Phase -1 ( Weekly report )

Day -1 

23/09/2024

To one of the main phases to my dream. Was so excited and little scared for the first day in PNMGHS, KOONTHALLOOR.

Met the HM and got necessary instruction regarding the class. Went for a substitution period and engaged with the students.

Day -2 

24/09/2024

Was my first day in 8 A. Introduced myself and took a little topic. They listened very carefully. I was also little tensed before entering the class, but it was ok as I entered the class. Celebrated NSS day and swachatha hi seva campain in coordination with the school and cleaned the Library with the help of students for 8 C. They helped very well.

Day -3 

25/09/2024

Took two hours in 8 A. Class was a little messy and orderless. Observed the English drama practice for the youth festival. Body shaming was portrayed in it. Appearrance is one factor that depends our confidence.Was so excited the seeing the childrens play.

Day -4

26/09/2024 

General Miss came for observation during my second hour and gave necessary comments for the class. Felt a little blackout at the beginning but soon as I started the class, everything was alright. Time management should be improved.

Day -5

27/09/2024

Attended assembly for the campain as a part of Rabbies day. They told necessary details regarding the vaccines and when should be taken. Also advised children not to disturb dogs unnecessarily. The class was so useful for them. Took 2 hrs class and tried to engage and interact with to improve our communication.
